Wrong Date and Time #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.On Firmware HD_for_all_500_cipibad_v7.2_v7.3.21.r4803 The Date and time is 
not correctly displayed. 
2. There is no Time & Date settings option under Settings menu so could not be 
adjusted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See correct date and time. 
Wrong date is displayed (eg: 21.20 15.01.2015)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HD_for_all_500
Please provide any additional information below.
Could be set a timeserver to display correct date and time GMT+2?

I think I will add something for this in Control Panel.
But may take some time

 # cat /etc/profile  | grep -i TZ
export TZ=CST+0:00:00
- to be moved and settable view web itf
- ntpclient to run at startup and sync time once (better not keep-it resident)
