repair web interface #46

Work well. Only there are some small problems with displaying the  time, some 
(http://eboda:82/cgi-bin/log_system.cgi, 
http://eboda:82/cgi-bin/log_lighttpd_access.cgi, http://eboda: 
82/cgi-bin/log_lighttpd_error.cgi, Default Web interface, the Transmission  web 
interface, web interface btpd 0.15, NAS: Samba (Not installed) N / A ... what?) 
Eboda links in Control Panel not working, and Neighbor to Web I have not 
managed to enter (user, "pass?). I do not see the player in  network  (I think  
Samba  is not working,  although  it is  active  in network menu)

Testing Samba:

Test 1:

* NAS is disabled in player's Networking setup.
* Samba N/A in EWCP.

Test 2:

* NAS is enabled in player's Networking setup. Samba is started and works 
correctly.
* EWCP works correctly: "NAS: Samba (Enabled)" "NAS: Samba (Started)"

So it appears that just the Samba detection code is not working correctly.
