need a re-write of web itf #57

- rewrite in php(probably php/fcgi faster then bash/fork-cgi)
- make-it rss friendly
- more pages needed:
 - status page (default)
 - daemons/services start/stop/enable/disable
 - updates
 - system (disk status/usage, many logs, file manager, time/ntp/reset/standby)
 - torrent (links to torrent client web itf/configuration/logs)
 - apps (plowshare, others)
