722 is duplicate #198

Hi,

For me it looks like 722 (722 - Unknown Unknowns) is duplicate of 500 error as you wrote

looking to classify 500 series as unknown unknowns

500 is a general server error, sure its unknown why the server fucked up, but with 722 you're not sure if its the server or the client that fucked up
