Update for latest API version #58

As the WSC is the official connector for Salesforce API now(as per the API 
documentation), are there any plans to update this connector as per the latest 
versions of the API (v25 as of now)?

Currently the API numbers for the sfdc-wsc tool and the Salesforce API does not 
follow. It is perfectly ok to use wsc-22 with the newest Salesforce API.

If there is a feature you miss, do not hesitate to state it here.
