Could not find or load main class. #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I entered the below into my command prompt:

java -classpath path\wsc-22-jdk-1.7.jar com.sforce.ws.tools.wsdlc path\wsdl.xml 
path\wsdl.jar

And got this error:

Error: Could not find or load main class com.sforce.ws.tools.wsdlc

I'm not sure what I did wrong. Can someone give me a hand. I am really new to 
web services. I put all the files on my desktop.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

java version "1.7.0"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0-b147)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 21.0-b17, mixed mode)

Windows 7 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Again I am really new and some direction would be really appreciated.
