Resistance: default values / substance class resistance #3

Resistance value hierarchy should be as follows:

  1. automatic value (from anresis.ch - showing colour and number)
  2. manual number input (showing colour and number)
  3. default categorical input ("low", "moderate", "high" - showing only colour code)
  4. substance class resistance (showing only colour)

The default and substance class resistance come from the literature without any numbers, whereas the manual number is from a different source than anresis.ch so the first two both have exact values instead of just categories.
