How often does that happen? is it perhaps more efficient to have a set of SQL-Statements an admin can use in those few cases where that feature is needed than craft an entire API-Endpoint as well as a GUI for this?

It happens frequently, at least monthly. Having an established, programmatic process would avoid mistakes

Then it's definitely worth the effort! I wasn't aware of that! How is that done at the moment? Move all events/talks/comments of user A to User B and delete user A?
