Migrate to Capacitor 5 #20

Updates the plugin to support Capacitor 5. I've confirmed this is working for Android and iOS, tested in the simulator and through npm run verify

Version 1.x.x is compatible with Capacitor 5
Version 0.6.0 is compatible with Capacitor 4

I've confirmed this is working on iOS and Android, with sources 0 (DEFAULT) and 2 (STATIC), I'm not sure why I wasn't seeing source 1 (REMOTE), but I don't believe it's due to any issue with the implementation we've got (I'm connected to a development environment and the remote config value only has a default value)
