Different protein isoforms? #15

Hi, Is it possible to map the mutations of a different protein isoform? Thanks!

The tool relies on protein domains from PFam, so unless you know of an alternative source that contains isoforms I don't think so. If you have the data already, you can edit the code to drop it in yourself though, just check out the PfamGraphic* structs in the data directory for the formats.
