Add an option to scan qr codes when sending a transaction

I found a few libraries but none of them was convincing. https://github.com/mebjas/html5-qrcode seemed promising at first, but has it's own problems. Question is, does Jam need to be able to scan qrcodes in the first place? How often is this used by users?
