BBB v2.3 support? #52

BBB released v2.3 a couple days ago and I wonder if this package will support it. Would be nice to have user avatars!

this package need PHP official package https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton-api-php if it will support then my package automatically support for them..
