1 year ago This is something that's only in the master branch. It's a "for fun" thing suggested from a few years ago.
Yellow version learnsets have been integrated and stone evolutions gain back some level-up moves.
So that way a player is not totally hosed by evolving their staryu too early. Though, certain moves have been kept as pre-evo only as a small incentive to put off evolving.
Lite branch follows vanilla red/blue.

Starmie, upon gaining Level 46 is trying to learn Lightscreen? (additionally: I reloaded save before level-up, checked with move relearner to make sure it wasn't there from staryu as it shouldn't be since I never learned it. All good.)
Serebii, bulbapedia, pokemondb etc: "pre-evolution only"
This isn't taken from Yellow. The only move Starmie learns via level-up after it evolves from Staryu is Confuse Ray at 37 in GSC.
I am unaware if there are any other errors similar to this with this pokemon or others.
