App doesn't recreate data folder if missing #37

Moodolf reports:

Bug1: I had renamed the "AppData\Roaming\PopTrayU" folder to "PopTrayU-Old". The program started without error but on exit: ""Cannot create file "C:\Users\profilename\AppData\Roaming\PopTrayU\PopTray.ini". The System can not find the path"" I expect that the program should create its own setting folder if it does not exist, like any other program does.
