Add configurable option for "star" or "mark important" #77

Outlook uses the terminology "important" for messages with the /flagged IMAP tag (or POP header Importance: high vs normal or low), but Gmail uses the terminology "starred". Give users a choice as to which terminology (and perhaps new icons) to display in the UI.

Should this be configurable globally or per account? different for pop vs imap? different for gmail vs non-gmail accounts?
