Not Working Properly #243

Slapper do not work after /reload or after restart. I have restarted a lot of times but they don't work. Clicking them doesn't trigger any commands. Please fix this asap. Thank you.

Hey, sometimes it would fine, sometimes it not load,

after many restarts i could it slap, after the next restart, i could it not,

it is irregular, i had test all flags with worldguard, and multiworld, but nothing fixed this problem

i hope anyone could look at this problem

i had the latest dev build for 1.14.60

242 is the same bug and i think #199 is also the same bug
