Slapper Commands stop working. #244

Every so often, after server restarts, the slapper commands no longer activate when a player taps on it.

This is a problematic issue that can sometimes happen. It happens due to entity ID messiness, however, a recommended fix I heard was to save slappers in a file, not in the world data
