Incompatible Network Protocol #313

When I try to boot up a Pocketmine server with this plugin. (Latest Dev version) I get this error. What should I do?

[Server thread/ERROR]: Could not load plugin 'Slapper': Incompatible network protocol version (plugin requires one of: 361, 388, 389, 390, 407, 408)

Just for info, plugin not loaded, no errors and server continuous without. [Could not load plugin 'Slapper': Incompatible network protocol version (plugin requires one of: 361, 388, 389, 390, 407, 408)]

PocketMine-MP version 3.19.1 Bedrock Edition server version v1.16.220
