Enhancement: Commenter quicklinks (a feature from Jaikungfu)

Jaikungfu added a list of nicks below the comment box for a post so that 
instead of manually typing 
someone's @username. One could click the nicks and have it automatically 
inserted at the textarea 
selection point. One could also use the browser shortcut keys [1–9].

Additionally, it added tab stops for the comment textarea and submit button 
making adding a 
comment easier by only using the keyboard.
