1st Edition paperback book by Juval Löwy. More info and downloadable materials can be found at the companion site: https://rightingsoftware.org/. There are some errata I downloaded that I could upload into the repo as well.

In the preface, Juval comments on how the issues he discusses in the book are not new to Software Engineering and includes a footnote to an Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) article by Edsger W. Dijkstra titled, "The humble programmer," where Edsger writes about similar issues that plagued Software Engineering back at the beginning of the discipline.
