E2.csv should be League1.csv (2013-2014 England) #16

In this directory: https://github.com/jokecamp/FootballData/tree/master/football-data.co.uk/england/2013-2014

It seems E2.csv has the data, and League1.csv only has half of it (it stops at 07/12/13).

So I think the fix is to delete League1.csv, then rename E2.csv to be League1.csv.

I also just noticed that the match stat columns are slightly different. Both before and after look plausible to my untrained eye, so I would assumes E2.csv contains fixes? (Or a different data source??)

I probably imported this data 2 years ago where it stops. I need to refresh the data. Will get back to you.
