Config file ignored

Describe the bug I have fully disabled the medic class in every way possible but it still keeps spawning.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. edit config file to disable medic
2. start your server
3. wait for NTF respawn
4. See that the medic class still spawned

Expected behavior Medic class should not be spawning

Server logs Nothing interesting to see here. Because it does not give me an error.

These errors are not related to custom roles. Update your DI plugin.

I'll look into the config issue, though typically when the config file changes aren't respected by a plugin, it means you broke the config file and are ignoring the giant block of error text during server startup.

I'm having the same issue however all I have changed in the config file are the cooldowns for abilities, but the plugin does not take this into effect.
