Fix dependency #6

aws-sdk isn't a development dependency. Also you know It's required in lib/yaml_vault.rb.

Thanks!! and I'm sorry for late response.

When I started to develop this gem, AWS-KMS feature was not supported. Because of it, originally it was unnecessary.
