Outbound Call fail with 12voip using siphon

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configuring an sip account with 12voip.com
2. trying to make an outbound call (inbound call do work)
3. 12voip outbound calls work fine with all other sip software

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
working call. Calls work fine with another sip account i have from another
provider with same network settings on siphone, so issue is not
firewall-related.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tries to realise the call for some time then aborts

Please provide any additional information below.

Tested for several hours again. Fiddled with the settings.

Wi-fi connection.
Placed iphone in DMZ just to be sure.

Connection to sip.12voip.com is good.

Inbound calls to iphone make it ring properly.
Outbound calls dont make phone ring and time out then displays "call ended".
When pressing End call button it's uneffective, have to wait for call to time 
out.

Please help this is driving me crazy!!
What could cause outbound sip calls not to work while inbound work flawlessly?
