I have this data format containing four columns with Region Time-period Area NMMT, 1931-1960, 223 NMMT, 1961-1990, 400 Arunachal, 1931-1960, 500 Arunachal, 1961-1990, 300..... like this

I want to create a bar graph for each interval in each sector. Help me do it
