Support BMP files #59

Hi,
When i am trying parse a BMP file it is saying file format not supported. BMP 
is a basic image right so i felt it would be great if you provide support for 
BMP image as well.

Hi,

This shouldn't be too hard. The format looks quite simple.

I hope to spend some much needed time on the library in the next week or two 
and will try to add this.
