"Iptc" data completely ignored from some JPEG file (but found by Perl ExifTool) #87

I have an image displaying this problem, but since it is copyrighted by a news 
agency, I can't provide it in a public forum.

I can however send it privately to any developper wishing to look at the issue.

[for my own future reference: file ID: d-20130922-31U24J]

The perl tool 'exiftool' outputs, among others, the next lines:

IPTC:
0x0041 Originating Program             : ARIMAGES (c) ConceptSD.com

ICC_Profile:
0x0028 Primary Platform                : Apple Computer Inc.
