Add one more static analysis tool to our pipeline #113

As stated in the link below we need to have two analysis tools in our pipeline: https://github.com/itu-devops/lecture_notes/blob/master/sessions/session_07/README_TASKS.md

We should have a look into this. We could might add Rosylator as we discussed earlier, or something other?
