add NetAlertX to Cosmos-Server MarketPlace

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

not a problem per say just simplifying things:

will drastically simplify the installation of NetAlertX for existing Cosmos-Server users
will foster adoption of NetAlertX by promoting it in Cosmos Marketplace
will leverage Cosmos-Server features in particular: automated maintenance/upgrades/proxying/security/2fa integration/ddns and letsencrypt management... allow to leverage other components already on the market place like NTFY self-hosted server or HomeAssistant...

I can submit a request to their official MarketPlace site, since I already configured NetAlertX inside Comos-Server. Furthermore, if they approve it I can provide pointers to add to the NetAlertX install readme covering the Cosmos-Server MarketPlace usage.

small update: I did look into it and it is not as straightforward as one would hope... the main developer of cosmos mentioned that he would provide documentation after his upcoming release. If it is ready by october I will give it a try. if not, I will just add details in the netalertx instructions for deploying on top of cosmos-cloud.
