move configs to Nix home manager as .nix files

Everything that does not have its own .config file can be moved to home-manager and .nix file setup. Utilize stylix wherever you can.

Foot teminal will be the secondary terminal application. Zathura nix file is created and working fine.

Nautilus is done from stylix.nix file under gtk applications
