Excessive spacing in filled block #8

The spacing between the block body and the block title element container is excessive.

This is due to the linespread being set to 1.15.

Upon reconsideration, and just to be clear, this isn't actually a bug. It's just how linespread works. Visually, however, I think it's not quite appealing.

It might be useful to discuss this a bit further in https://github.com/jolars/moloch/discussions/7.
