add paper in aistats template version #51

There were no package conflicts, 2 figs need to be put in a minipage and some equations should be broken down into smaller chunks, but nothing undoable.

To finish and merge if we agree on this

Looks great! Thanks! I don't think we need minipages for the figures, we can just use the figure* environment. I can wrap this up.

Okay, I think this looks mostly good now and ready to merge. Theorem 2.3 was hard to get right in one column, so if anyone else has a better idea feel free to edit it. Otherwise I think we're getting there. Already at 6 pages!
