Make preset titlemenu animations synced to music #13

Just placeholders for now. The important part is making a system that loads different files depending on which title song is placed

Animations generally work but my test with a loop that creates 20 quads at beat 7 in one of the songs doesn't work. More nuanced animations may be trickier than I imagined
