[2024.9.21] - Added KEGG Pathway Profiler to VEBA-database_env and VEBA-annotate_env which replaces MicrobeAnnotator-KEGG for module completion ratios. Replacing ${VEBA_DATABASE}/Annotate/MicrobeAnnotator-KEGG with ${VEBA_DATABASE}/Annotate/KEGG-Pathway-Profiler/ database files.
