3 years ago - Both Pagerfanta and PagerfantaBundle are looking for maintainers: whiteoctober/Pagerfanta#278
- KnpPaginatorBundle is ok now
- Doctrine's Paginator is not a complete replacement of Pagerfanta/KnpPaginator.
- Symfony is thinking about providing a component: https://github.com/symfony/symfony/issues/27276 but not started yet
- There is no Pagination interface in https://www.php-fig.org/psr/
- FOSElasticaBundle rely on PagerFanta: https://github.com/FriendsOfSymfony/FOSElasticaBundle/blob/9932489a92a2d752bbf97e7c5beae7f6c68be8da/src/Paginator/FantaPaginatorAdapter.php
I don't want to be stuck on one implementation and it looks there is no consensus in the PHP community.
There are plenty of pagination lib around for PHP, could we ship some kind of adapter for them?
