Setting up CLDR 37 data with new emoji and languages support #30

This upgrade CLDR data from 35 to 37 (as available in ICU 67).

Most notable changes are new emoji and languages.

But there is also a lot of non-emoji char (pictogram) added in the set. This is a blocker for now as they are removed by Elasticsearch.
