Run in debug mode popup is shown several times

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose not to run App in debug mode
2. Wait until phone screen fades away
3. Recover phone screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally recover the screen without being prompted to run App in debug mode 
again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes the popup is shown even without waiting the screen to fade away

This was a design concept at the time of writing this apk, however, there will 
be a code refactory any time soon and it will be tackled. There will be a 
button below all other ones which will be used to select either real or debug 
mode.
