Latest hubot handles dependencies differently #11

Currently, dependencies are specified in package.json, but in later versions of hubot they are specified in the script itself using tomdocs.

Possible create a separate release of the package to support both types.

Create version 2.x which will use new hubot/bluebird. Keep 1.x around so we can use it at pulse.
