Allow for a description field on authentication request #302

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Before a larger refactor of the interaction token model on the Jolocom Lib happens, it would be nice to enable users to pass a brief description that can be rendered on the Wallet with their authentication request.

This field, in combination with the requester's public profile, can provide a minimally sufficient context for the user.
