The current development server is running Elastic Beanstalk on AWS, an S3 bucket, CloudFront and a database.
There might well be tooling that AWS has to solve these requirements, but no one on the current team has much AWS experience, thus some more research is required.

Some way to monitor server load over time
Aggregation of errors
Insight into slow, troublesome methods, database queries, etc.
On today's project status call, we decided to give New Relic a shot. I suspect the free tier will be sufficient for our needs right now, if not well into the future.
