standings for an ongoing season should not show rounds that don't have data #42

Currently when visiting http://api.jolpi.ca/ergast/f1/current/driverStandings/ The round displayed in the response text is the latest completed round as of the current date (as done in #41).

The endpoint should be adapted (and possibly standings generation) to only show the round of the latest round the api has data for.
