Describe the bug Unable to filter to a specific circuit.

To Reproduce

Visit http://ergast.com/api/f1/circuits/monza.json
Notice Ergast returns details about Monza.
Visit the same endpoint in Jolpica: http://api.jolpi.ca/ergast/f1/circuits/monza
Notice Monza details are not returned.

Expected behavior Jolpica should return the same information for circuit related filtering.

As noted by @jolpica in Slack, http://api.jolpi.ca/ergast/f1/circuits/monza.json does work. Just dropping this here for our future selves, should we run into similar issues.
