convert to correct types #211

Forced implicit type conversion that was not done automatically in python 3.10
Changed percentage value of noise and sound volume to 0->100 in config.json

Testing done :

Tested on python 3.10 and python 3.8 on ubuntu PC
Tested on python 3.7 on raspberry
