[x] Create scriptable objects that contain item stats like damage, hit, base durability, etc. Connect them to the inventory Item implementation using their names.
[x] Add weaponTypes and limit classes to equipping certain weapon types
[x] change the commandSelection menu UI to reflect these changes / make it clear what weapons can or cant be equipped.
[x] have weapons calculate their damage and defense stats differently based on weapon type
[x] add support for different ranges for different weapons.
