v10.1.0 - No WIFI Connection after Boot #540

Update auf neue Version v10.1.0: - WIFI connection isuue (von 10.0.2)

Maybe the IP address did change. Can you check that?

flashed all 3 (v10.1.0) bin files --> no DHCP lease (--> no IP) i have my OpenWRT/Wireless open in a 2nd tab to check connectionsdisconnection state of devices - with 10.1.0 no DHCP request seems to come in also the typical red led flashing and the initial white flash don't appear - red led is just stable red

servus, eben nur die Firmware.bin getauscht, und den html ordner, alles einwandfrei wieder hochgelaufen.

nur die Einerstelle ist heut früh, beim Übergang von 8 auf 9 als Null erkannt worden was standhaft da hängen bleibt. auch ein Set Pre value brachte nix. reicht dir für ein debugging wirklich die "log_2022-01-09.txt" Datei des Tages oder sonst noch was dazu, würd gern beitragen, kann aber leider nur mit meinen Daten helfen.

desweghen auch der tausch auf 10.1 - meine 9er sind Nullen! obwohl sie klar sichbar als 9 erkennbar sind ! ich hoffte durch den tausch der library dass meine 9er erkannt werden

leider bootete meiner nach dem OTA Update inkl HTML nicht mehr, weitere Tests siehe meinen 1. Post

Bei mir ist die 8 lange nicht mehr erkannt worden ( seit gestern mittag) dadurch mit "N" bezeichnet, funktionierte bis heut früh wunderbar damit er weiter eine 8 ausgegeben hat, dann wie gesagt hat er beschlossen ne 0 draus zumachen.

@Aquillum @aivatco Tausch der Firmware sollte an der Erkennung nichts ändern (selber Algo, selbes CNN-File). Wenn, dann müsst ihr von Hand das tflite-File im Config-Ordner updaten.

@Aquillum: das mit dem WiFi ist merkwürdig. Da muss etwas beim Update schief gelaufen sein. Bei mir laufen 3 ESP32s nach dem Update wie erwartet. Ggf. nochmals komplett neu Flashen !?

Hallo Zusammen, hatte ebenfalls Probleme mit der Wifi-Verbindung, evtl. mal in der Config Feste IP-Adresse vergeben, sieht bei mir so aus wie wenn das geholfen hätte.

@jomjol Ja das ist wirklich merkwürdig. Neu komplett geflasht mit dem Tool hätte ich schon probiert leider kein WIFI. Ich denke ich werde testen was @Nachgefragt vorgeschlagen und eine fixe IP vergeben, vielleicht hilfts ja. Dann dürfts am DHCP request liegen.

Bei mir funktioniert die Version dig-s2-q-20220104.tflite im Bezug auf 8 und 0 Erkennung wesentlich besser. Ist auf jeden Fall einen Versuch wert!

Ja ich habe diese gestern auch manuell auf die SD kopiert und in der ini angepasst. Auch meine 9er werden nun richtig erkannt. Hat dann einige Stunden funktioniert. Momentan hab ich das Problem dass der ESP gar keine Fotos macht, auch nicht nach reboot. Weder das initiale Foto gleich danach, noch forciert mit mit Create Reference --> Take Image. Es wird auch keines auf die SD geschrieben, LED Blitz kommt auch nicht. Werde mir das heute weiter ansehen müssen. Reboots nach 0-byte Images sind erfolgt, auch manueller Reboot aber er will nicht mehr, WEB Oberfläche funkt aber und Main läuft eigentlich auch alle paar Minuten laut LOG ---> mach heute einen kompletten Reflash

@Aquillum Der hängt sich ja anscheindend beim Alignment auf. Ist deine SD-Karte vielleicht irgendwie zerschossen?

Hab gestern noch Karte getauscht - gleiches Ergebnis - Bootloop - ich werde heute komplett auf Ersteinrichtung rücksetzten.

Zum eigentlichen Thema WIFI connection mit 10.1.0: hier ist (bei mir) definitiv ein Unterschied zwischen firmware.bin 10.0.2 (sofort connected to AP - DHCP oder fixe IP) und 10.1.0 (keine WIFI connection weder DHCP noch fixe IP) ich hab jetzt noch 2 ESP32-CAMS bestellt, hoffe das hilft fürs Projekt

Bootloops mit 10.0.2 (Projektstart 09.01.22) meine aktuelle ESP-CAM hat ja einige Stunden funktioniert mit der 10.0.2 (inkl MQTT-->influx-->grafana) und dann auf einmal bagannen die Bootloops beim Image Resize/Alignement. Webserver immer nur kurz nach dem Boot erreichbar, reicht grad zum LOG lesen.

Update: habe jetzt eine neue ESP32-CAM mit v10.1.0 geflasht WIFI connected (fixe IP) Reboots beim Alignement gibts derzeit auch keine mehr - passt allerdings Issue wie bei den anderen - keine MQTT connection (abonniert mit NodeRed und MQTT Explorer), das hatte zumindest gestern noch mit der 10.0.2 funktioniert

Fazit: meine andere ESP32-CAM (2 Wochen alt) ist wohl nach ein paar Stunden wo sie als Gaszäler-Cam funktioniert hat eingegangen - nur noch das Expessif-Demo Webcam Example funktioniert flash ich das erweiterte Webcam-Example gibt es bei ihr auch SPIFFS mount Fehler (da können Einstellungen zur Cam abgespeichertt werden im internen FS) Da hats was geschossen. Danke jedenfalls - ich beobachte nun das Issue mit dem MQTT Verbindungsproblemen bei 10.1.0 - die hab ich fix !
