Add theme support #7

Theme support could be added by providing an interface to upload custom CSS
files.  The CSS files could then be chosen on a per-user basis.

Do you mean the administrator chooses which users see which CSS file? Or do you 
mean
the user chooses between the CSS files uploaded? I'm assuming you mean the 
former but
I'm just checking.

The codebase now allows multiple themes, but it is still configured site-wide 
by the administrator.  I'm going to 
close this issue out for now, if anyone wants user-selected themes please open 
another issue.
