Accesskey for Tools menu "Pencil Sketching..." menuitem

Hi,

Here's a very, very easy feature request (and patch)...

Just add an accesskey attribute to the <menuitem/> for "Pencil
Sketching..." in the Tools menu. I'd like to be able to open it very
quickly that way (e.g., on Windows, remember the sequence, "alt", "t" (for
Tools), "p" two times (once past "private browsing" and then to "Pencil
Sketching..."), return. 

(You could change it to "E" instead of "P" to avoid the conflict, but if
you really to make things quick for people who can memorize those details,
make a key command activation.)

Any chance for this making it in? It's been a while, and it is of course very 
easy to apply...Thanks... (1.2 is awesome, btw)
