Fixed parser, created S3 method, moved tests out of function code

Replaced "create_matrices.R" with "import_parser.R", which imports parser functions directly from bain.
Added S3 method for BF, instead of creating separate functions like BFreg, BFcor, etc
Moved tests out of R folder, and into testthat folder; tests are not debugged yet. Only moved.
