I've created a mount for the Official Raspberry Touchscreen

The provided file doesn't quite fit the body, holes for the screws are misaligned. I assume this is because the blank template is also misaligned and maybe was not updated for the latest version of the main body?

I've based mine on the display mount for the generic 12864 screen.

Created two versions with different aesthetics :) If this is too much, please just remove the other one.

I can also provide step files if needed.

No worries about the time. I am happy enough that my designs are helpful, I am very new to the CAD world.
