SP901E is not modeled #21

I've created a placeholder with a part number and fasteners to keep going with the BOM.

Added on hold tag. The SP901E may or may not work, so it doesn't make sense to take time modeling it until I know it is needed. Additionally, it's in the auto-generated BOM, so I've achieved what I need to so far.
